- Right off the bat: I verbally agreed to a position/salary and then when I received the written offer it was for a junior position with less money than we agreed upon. That's just wrong. - Management knows little to nothing about what the engineers do day-to-day - The office is blocks away from high-crime areas of Troy: Muggings, beatings, and shootings are common in the news. Customer representatives were literally afraid to come to the office. - Management is very distrusting of the employees. - Pays below market value - Recently acquired by Warner Brothers. Seemed like a good thing but then came the 11 hour work days for a month straight.
