Many Engineering graduates wanted work with us for very low salary or some times without any salary, because they can involve in core Instrumentation and Mechatronics projects and learn a lot in short time. We do not want to become a free of cost training institute. We are taking an agreement to work minimum two years or join as candidate by paying for training. If they join for job and wanted to leave after getting knowledge of PLC etc. This may leads to misunderstanding. We need to be firm in our decision, which herts feeling of freshers.
