Pros
- The HR team is pretty good at responding and maintaining effective communication with the employee - The recruitment/onboarding team is above par in making the candidate onboarded by providing necessary instructions - The immigration team was knowledgeable and helped me getting H1B approval for a transfer petition even though I received an RFE for a critical factor - Employees get good benefits from both health insurance that covers both dental, vision (have multiple options), offered 401K plan, and provided 13 days of PTO for an year which will get accrued for every pay cycle
Cons
- Doesn’t have a well defined Marketing Team to find another job for a candidate soon when the project ends
