Pros

-Friendly team environment. Across all divisions at Agreement Express (Development, Professional Services, Marketing, Sales, Management, Finance), there are a number of enthusiastic colleagues who openly embrace new hires and provide an atmosphere for success. -There are a number of resources and forums to find answers to questions, and a collaborative approach to team-building is embraced across the company. -Friendly office environment including all areas of the management team makes it a fun atmosphere to work in -Suggestion: Find users in each department/area who are receptive to questions and willing to assist with basic questions or point you in the right direction. Don't be afraid to ask questions or schedule time to understand the product. Attend Demo's if possible.

Cons

-The training programs/procedures are still being fine-tuned in some roles/departments. -Management allows time for new employees to settle in, but it is definitely an environment where you will have to ask the right questions and show intuition in regards to your ability to quickly adjust to new projects. -Some technical job elements require extra time investment to learn the basic functions/elements, in some cases existing training manuals or documentation can help but it is essential that you are able to multi-task this with the ability to produce results/deliverables.

Pros

The people are great and are committed to serving clients and each other as best as they can. The industry Agreement Express is going after is ripe for disruption.

Cons

- The product doesn’t exist and needs to be custom built for each deployment. - Project management and Business analyst teams are constantly being put in impossible positions with deployments due to execs over committing delivery timelines and product capabilities to clients - Marketing isn’t given any resources to market the product - Unless you’re part of the executive team frat house, you’re dispensable - HR Leadership isn’t onsite at any office (and visits each once or twice a year) and unavailable to employees - Unethical executive leadership who are more focused on protecting themselves than their employees
