7yWe appreciate your feedback. As you point out, the industry is ripe for innovation and our customer growth of more than 600% in new markets in the fifteen months alone supports your comment. This type of growth has led to some growing pains and has put pressures on the business and our staff as we pivot to support the demand and market requirements. Over the last months, we have lost some folks as they re-evaluate their fit with the organization and while it is regrettable, we understand that this pace is not for everyone.
