Pros
Lower workforce works very hard. The company does try to develop in systems and quality management, but is not really working on improving current working methods.
Cons
Slow decision making and no real processes to follow. Very bad decision making responsibilities from directors. No real prospect for job development. A lot of reorganizations especially due to lack of management from higher level.
