Bioenergy Development Group is a small company that is growing every day. Management trusts you and expects you to do your job, so there is no micromanagement. There are a lot of very intelligent people who work there that are available to help you with anything you need. It’s nice working for a smaller company where everyone knows each other instead of being just a number at a large corporation.

Pay is decent but could be better to reflect the market value in Memphis. Since this is a start up company, I expect wages to increase once production stabilizes and is running smoothly. Communication between departments needs improvement, and sometimes it is hard to get responses from upper management, which can be frustrating. Again, I expect this to improve as time goes on. There is no 401k either which is disappointing.
