Pros

Enjoy the small company feel, being part of building a dealership or reputation and team work from branch to branch. Enjoy the work we do and high standards we keep with the work we complete. Think we offer a good experience to our customers

Cons

-Feel that at times we aren’t fully equipped to do certain jobs and this come across as unprofessional and makes the customers go to other dealers in the area for service, parts, or support on eq. -also with being a smaller dealership we are asked/ forced to do tasks or roles we would not have to do at bigger dealers and having to fight for compensation for this.

Pros

The way the policies are set up in some cases. It gives you guidelines to work within, but some are getting a bit involved. We can run our department our way, with out to much interference from upper management. The stores seem to get along and information flows nicely. Most of the people have decent integrity.

Cons

The customer greeting in my store is brutal. Time and time again, the customer walks in and looks around, no one tells them anything, until they ask someone they can see, yet at least 4 people have seen them standing in the show room, I don't think putting a receptionist at the door is the answer, I think. The branch manager should face the show room either to direct someone or to greet the customer.

Pros

As for management at my location they are great. At the vegreville store you are treated like a person not a number and are respected and respect goes along way. never a dull moment which in turn reflects with customer satisfaction

Cons

they could improve on tooling and equipment sometimes a challenge to get jobs do not effectively and efficiently especially when you are out on a service call. Have computers assigned to the service truck with all aspect to connectors. Bump up the fuel cards $250 do not last long in a day at todays fuel prices when ya have a long day of multiple customers.
