We agree that we've got a pretty awesome work environment! We're proud of our flexibility and other great benefits. We think what makes it really special is our amazing team and the culture they help to build. When it comes to communication, we book-end each week with 2 all-hands meetings, specifically to share relevant updates with everyone. Things can move pretty fast sometimes, but we do our best to keep everyone informed. We know how important our people are for our continued growth and success, and we are always working to improve in this space. Like you've mentioned, we know we've got work to do when it comes to important things such as structured onboarding and performance - in fact, our new organisational structure now includes a People Team, and we're working with them on building out key people strategies and initiatives.
