      Got to handle projects as a fresher and got to learn few things if you are willing to learn on your own.

      Cons

      Not good opportunity for growth. Not enough people to learn from. Team bonding is as good as you can keep.

      Pros

      Software engineer were made to distribute pemplates on the road. No benefits/perks. No work culture. No fixed working hours or remunerations for overtime. Abusive language. Company is very much influenced with Daily TV Soaps like "Rishte Naate" [ all senior position filled with relatives ]. Word "Hike" does not exist in their dictionary.

      Cons

      Refer the Pros. Wanted to updated more Pros but don't want to waste more time as i already wasted enough working here.
