The pay is above average and they have a profit sharing bonus at the end of each year
Cons
The support team was not kept in the loop on new features or changes by the product/development team. This meant you could start your day and get a new feature release or change that customers ask you about and you wouldn't have the answers. This causes unnecessary stress.
