Aignostics prides itself on being a "science-first" organization, which is borne out via the unprecedented level of transparency I've seen internally at the company and externally with clients. 3) Dynamic, collegial environment. It's fun to work with so many smart, talented people from all over the world!
Cons
As at most early stage startups, there can be growing pains. That said, leadership hasn't dismissed any of the concerns I've seen raised and seems committed to ensuring teams stay happy and engaged.
