I worked there, in less than a year. In that time they lost 10 members of staff just on the services desk. Even more left in other teams. And the common theme was broken promises. I was promised numerous things to start there like home working and training. Both were broken. They were under staffed (at the time I started) We worked long days from 8.15 to 17.15 and on a very busy service desk it burns you out. We were told we couldn't go to the toilets at certain times which didn't make sense as it was at the end of the day when they phones didn't need to be manned. I was also told off for being constantly late. Even though I was early every day. So I didn't find their stricked management style works when they have such a great hard working group of people there. All it achieved was to push people to work elsewhere.
