- The salary is far from competitive, especially given the unfair additional work one has to perform. - Working conditions are abismal. You have to think and ask about everything and an immense decisional pressure is put upon flight crew, for basically every step of a normal operation. - Work / Life balance is hard to manage as the schedule isn't fairly distributed.
