Pros
Only Canadian carrier with both a large domestic and international network.
Cons
Terrible management practices. Worse union. The only large Canadian airline that did straight layoffs instead of using CEWS during COVID. Then the CEO went on to lie to investors by claiming they had not laid off pilots, and were not affected by a pilot shortage.
