Pretty decent - IT Analyst Air Canada Employee Review

* highly corpo environment. Lots of "corpo politcal speak" and fluff. * Upper management LOVES to scare about layoffs constantly and keep employees on edge. During my time there, it has been a constant stream of "organization changes", of which I felt were purposely kept ambiguous in the bad sense to instill fear and uncertainty in employees * Benefits are meh, my previous WSA was better * Zero-flex RTO policy. 3 days mandatory in office touted for "culture" and "collaboration". (I suspect AC's commercial real estate entanglements?).
