      Pros

      Management at Air Force One truly cares about the associates. They believe in being servant leaders, with an attitude that the associates are not there to serve managers; rather, managers are there to serve the associates who work for them and remove the barriers in order to make their jobs easier.

      Cons

      There is very little that I would consider to be cons of working at Air Force One.
