Depressing salary - no raise because everyone joins with the same amount. No career opportunities for technicians unless they have a degree that pops out of nowhere. Depressing when you realize your engineers are forced to reply to work emails and text even when they are on leave and on weekends. Some clowns who don't really know the plant well and are just here for the easy job. (And handover a bad job) Hot sun yuck. No transport provided if you are based at client plants like semicon fabs.
