- The top management says our manhour rate is too high and offloads the work to third party and cut the jobs of whole engineering team but if they would have looked closer, the manhour rate was high because of their salary, as you can also read in other reviews that the employees at lower level doesn't get much pay. - Inefficient management of things and no vision. The office was trabnsformed into a construction site for a month with unhealthy working environment. Sarcastically speaking no HSE team came into action then. - No vision needed as employees are fired on day to day basis. -And to top it all, the management hides its ineffective working by blaming it on the market situation.
