Diversity of industries to which sell products - creates continued opportunities for growth and insulates against economic shock Executive management - Americas leadership is excellent Employee perserverence - Employees are committed and work with each other to overcome often heavy bureaucracy
Cons
Time-to-decision is too long Organization is overly complex - should be simplified, layers/levels trimmed, and individuals empowered to make and execute decisions Not all business operates as it does in France - need to ensure regional variations are supported and valued
