Air Liquide is an excellent company to start your career. They proivde ample opportunity for you to learn and grow. It is a worldwide company as a result you can have a very dynamic and exciting short and or long term career, provided you are mobile and have a strong willingness to learn.
Cons
You career growth may be limited if you are not mobile. You need to manage your career otherwise you will alwaysbe in the same position and potentially lose your marketability over a period of time.
