Pros
The "Air" business is a fairly stable industry (unlike oilfield). Layoffs are almost non-existent. There is a decent work/life balance. Flexible hours are permitted. There is a very strong commitment to Safety.
Cons
Compared to other companies and averages in Houston, the salaries are below the line. There is a horrible lack of organization at all levels. Each group/division/country does everything "their way" which causes confusion between groups/divisions/countries. Politics are ridiculous (unless you're French) Change or new ideas are not accepted well. There is very high turnover. The typical employee tenure is 3 years or less.
