Bad working culture due to the brought in of management from other countries within SEA, which makes the overall decisions. Bad management with confusing outlook, unclear directions of project management. Project directors are not located in the country of the project site, which makes communication a bigger hurdle and frequent finger pointing. No daily communications are involved between home office and local team, which causes a lot of communication breakdowns. HR does not even know what they have input in the contract, claims that there are certain things not able to be claimed as extra, when the contract clearly stated it is able to.
