Formerly better than average pay, but gradually whittled down to be average. Nice campus. New CEO is trying to change the sclerotic culture.
Cons
Bureaucracy, parsimonious with respect to improving operations capability towards areas that are not considered core. True improvement in operations is overshadowed by politics. May change and improve with new CEO.
