Pros
Historically a solid player in its markets of participation. Lower growth momentum but long term stability - always a trade-off. Good people and work-life balance and well-regarded in the industry.
Cons
New CEO is 'shareholder-focused' thereby gradually leading the company to sell itself in pieces. Nothing wrong with this approach in a Trumpian world, but the old nature of the company is no longer what it has been in the past (again not bad from a shareholder point of view but perhaps from the employee point of view).
