I have enjoyed my time with Air Reading, you are given all materials you need to deliver sessions. The reading intervention is effective and you can see your students improving session by session which makes it feel worthwhile. Subbing opportunities are plenty and the team and community is supportive.

Slow in the summer, less classes to be had, or none at all, which is to be expected.

Flexible schedule, comprehensive training, nice platform

May not get all the hours you hope for.
