      Has pre-designated vacation days. The whole company shuts down twice a year for a week with no choice of vacation days.

      Good pay, lots of project variety, neat product, nice factory and facilities.

      Cons

      "This is the way we've always done it", cart gets placed in front of the horse frequently, cliques within the organization, mandatory unpaid overtime to meet unrealistic deadlines.
