Extremely High Employee Turnover and Constant Change in Management - Anonymous employee AirPlus International Employee Review

By the time I left the employee turnover was roughly 85% and continues to increase. The current management is extremely difficult to interact with and is very selective in who they want working for them (regardless of performance and willingness to cooperate and be a good team player). Overall a negative environment because of management and no amount of money is worth that type of unnecessary attitude and discrimination in the workplace.
