In my personal experience, AirSculpt was one of the most dysfunctional and demoralizing workplaces I’ve ever been part of. There was no meaningful support from middle management whatsoever, just confusion, inconsistency, and people in leadership roles who didn’t seem equipped to actually lead. Any time I needed guidance, clarity, or structure, I received the opposite: mixed messages, contradictory directions, and zero accountability from the people who were supposed to be providing support. When the new CEO came in, the entire environment went downhill fast. The changes that were made felt negative, degrading, and disconnected from the realities of the practice, and morale plummeted instantly. The atmosphere became tense, fear-driven, and completely unsustainable. To give an idea of how bad it got: over 11 employees quit in a single week. That says more than any review ever could. There was no room for honest feedback, no room for professional growth, and no room to offer insight or help improve things. Any attempt to share ideas, even simple operational or marketing suggestions was dismissed or shut down. The culture was restrictive and emotionally exhausting. Even the way my employment ended reflected the overall lack of professionalism. I was fired over the phone at 9 PM, not even with the basic respect of an in person or scheduled conversation. It was abrupt, careless, and completely aligned with the chaotic, degrading leadership style I witnessed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working here to anyone looking for stability, support, structure, or a healthy environment.
