Extremely toxic culture, with new leadership changes it's only getting worse. Micro management from higher ups. They do not lead with empathy or compassion. Unrealistic goals are often set. They're investing in the wrong things and shooting shots in the dark in an attempt to raise numbers. Commision is nothing like what's promised. There's a ton of other companies you can go to as a sales rep where you will be much better off.
