Pros
The Human Resources function is well deployed in Airbus and can be reasonably accessed by any one with a priority given increasingly to the higher management.
Cons
The main drawback is linked to ethical failure of the Human Resources Function in case of conflict, The Human resources Function does not hesitate to make use of private and personal information (e.g. family, health) to exert high pressure on people. (obviously I have evidencies to sustain this)
