Pros
Airbus makes great industrial products in Commercial Aircraft, Helicopters, but also a very large portfolio of Defence, Space and Intelligence products. The culture at Airbus is great in terms of leadership, company values, and we have the autonomy to act as intrapreneurs. Everyone at Airbus is a passionate about their job and really open to share their passion and time with newcomers.
Cons
Airbus being a large group, there are still inefficiencies in terms of mobility from one division to another, or even one department to another. Mainly some support functions (IT, Finance) are still stuck in the 1980's but this does not prevent the company engineering and producing wonderful products.
