Pros
The company has sites in different countries and there is a lot of interactions between teams in other countries. You can also see open positions worldwide and can change departments to gain experience in other areas. The company cares a lot about mental health and health & safety. The core workforce is highly valued. The profit share is usually fair.
Cons
Communication between different levels could be better and quicker. Too much bureaucracy involved when important decisions need to be made. Professional growth paths in some departments are not clear and when you receive a promotion the payrise is a very low percentage compared to when a person is recruited externally. Managers in lower levels in manufacturing are resistant to let professionals pursue other roles due to ramp ups and shortage of professionals.
