Pros
Employees across all sectors are friendly and great to get alone with and communicate quickly. They have employee resource group that are expanding to different cultures and groups to make the employees feel included and seen. Also Airbus provides a pretty great benefits package.
Cons
Anything having to deal with IT takes a while to get fix ,especially with most problems having to go through France head quarters first.
