Great culture, very approachable colleagues and managers. Overall, simply a collection pragmatic teams. Good company benefit, but only available to those who stayed pass 1 yr. 60/40 WFH option available. Don't encourage employees to do overtime. Internal mobility to other locations available. Fairly international environment. Excellent company to build-up direct industry experience
Cons
Low pay, essentially lower than airlines or other company in the industry. When compared across other industries within the same location the difference is quite significant, even for the ones that are open to recent uni graduates. Benefits only available after a year of employment, which when compared to international companies around the area, are a little lagging. Quite a high turnover rates Internal mobility requires you to stay in the position for 2 years minimum every time you made the move, no shortcuts here.
