You're paid for any downtime outside of your 45 minute meal break on duties. Any time outside your duty start/finish is given as overtime. Some duties, especially Leopardstown/City Centre ones can be very long at 10 hours or more. Low overtime rate of 4 euro extra per hour, no weekend premium, no night shift premium. You will work all shift patterns and routes while you're on a spare roster. Roster allocations are given based on seniority alone, regardless of route knowledge. Driver break facility leaves a lot to be desired. Management is like a revolving door, Especially upper management. Expect a call on every single rest day asking if you're available to cover.
