Pros
The two founders, Mike and Joe are fundamentally nice people who genuinely want to help you and the company succeed. The work culture is great - relaxed and inclusive The company is doing very well financially, and growing rapidly
Cons
On the product team, there isn't much room for growth, with the promise of a flat hierachy actually keeping one or two vocal developers in control instead of sharing. You don't get much support for learning or help from other developers, and there isn't a drive to keep tech-debt down.
