The company reinvests in its people and resources first - meaning hard-earned profits stay in the company and aren't distributed out to external shareholders. Technology is top-notch and everyone in our organization is committed to excellence. Work environments are physically safe, offices are in nice buildings with amenities like parking included, computer equipment and office resources are new and properly maintained. We can enjoy casual fridays, work-from-home is approved when needed, and PTO policy is fair.
