We have reviewed your feedback and while we agree that our people are the best part of working at Aires, we would like to address your concerns regarding our company's culture of inclusion and diversity. While it is true that Aires strives to create an inclusive and supportive work environment for all employees regardless of their beliefs or backgrounds, we would disagree that this is a negative feature. We pride ourselves on being a place where people can be their authentic selves, and we believe that fostering such an environment is crucial for our success.
We stand by our commitment to creating a workplace that upholds respect, integrity, and professionalism and feel it is important for all employees to adhere to these standards. While we regret that your experience with us was not as positive as we would have hoped, your comments suggest a misalignment with these core principles, and so we believe that parting ways was likely in the best interest of both parties.
