Pros
Good benefits on the whole. Some are better than others. Most of the store managers know how to run the business and they do a good job. Training is available and is great for the first timers to the industry.
Cons
Prepare to be Micro Managed by the people above the store manager level. The company is currently cutting costs by not allowing any overtime (This is ok if you are not always short staffed) not replacing employees that leave or retire, and turning their work over to someone else to handle along with that persons current tasks. HR is only for there to protect the management. If you are a lower level employee good luck getting any help at all.
