      Unless you are part of whatever clique has power you will not get promoted. They reward incompetence or hire from outside the organization. There is veru little promote from within depending on what region you work in.

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)

      Culture is awful and not consistent through the company, old boys club leadership, resistance to change is HUGE
