      Pay is good and benefits

      Cons

      Poor management. Retaliate against workers when raising serious safety concerns. Drivers and public safety is second priority, making sûre loads go is prority whether equipment is safe or not. Maintence of equipment is poor fix or repair only when broken when they décide its convienent. Short staffed working lots of hours no family time.

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)

      Large, global conglomerates, strong legacy cultures, good learning and development organization and opportunities

      Culture is awful and not consistent through the company, old boys club leadership, resistance to change is HUGE
