      Money is good only with the overtime

      Cons

      Airgas management will lie and deceive they have no character or principal's preach safely but management will not follow it only drivers must follow it bad equipment overall oxygen trailer very dangerous mechanics not at fault if drivers or mechanics try to put out of service logistics and management will put it back in service the safety policy is geared to always blame the driver

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)

      Culture is awful and not consistent through the company, old boys club leadership, resistance to change is HUGE
