      Pros

      Exposure to good customers.

      Cons

      Company only cares about bottom line. Management promotes "good work/life balance"-do not be fooled. Be prepared to be overworked without any support. Management is disillusioned and not in touch with market pricing. Top down leadership does not exist-too stratified. Do not expect to receive bonuses. Glass ceiling exists. You are promoted if you are a "yes" man and or part of the old boy’s network.

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)

      Some great teammates. 5 day work week for most part. Recently added pay for performance Bonus

      Compensation below par for position, responsibility and industry. More of a regional management trait
