      Pros

      Not much positive about he company but I must say that pay is competitive.

      Cons

      Management does not understand the importance of treating employees well. Not a good working environment but I have a mortgage to pay so I stay until I can find something else.

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)

      Some great teammates. 5 day work week for most part. Recently added pay for performance Bonus

      Compensation below par for position, responsibility and industry. More of a regional management trait
