Pros

Work from home, overtime available, the different airlines you work are nice to talk too

Cons

Airline crew get ill with you if your late, drivers don’t do as you ask, phones do get busy, reservations get busy, nobody works as a team, have to think quickly, management does not look at everyone they pick the ones that they favor, pay is unfair, may work any shift

Pros

Personally in my area, it's great because at rhe time of employment we only had two airlines we had to take care of and I bet it's the same unless they got more cars. Boss was super cool, beyond cool even. Co workers, not so much other than 3 dudes. All you gotta do is drive and wait. There is nothing else. It's so easy most of the time!

Cons

Annoying flight attendants/pilots. Sometimes flights get delayed and you're stuck between a rock and a hard place because you got two rides that are close together. Team members can help sometimes and sometimes they cannot and you're going to have to have the social skills to navigate intense conversations with flight attendants and pilots who just don't understand that one delay can ruin an entire day's schedule.

Cons

Hectic schedule, Constantly needing to monitor inbound flights. Flight crew can be rude to you for things out of your control
