The organisation provides a positive and supportive working environment, with a team largely composed of Generation X professionals in logistics. I was given valuable opportunities to learn not only about logistics operations but also aspects of aircraft maintenance, along with other related areas, as long as I demonstrated initiative and a willingness to learn. Through hands-on experience, I was able to develop strong teamwork skills, which contributed significantly to my professional growth. In addition, the workplace offers practical benefits such as free parking. The logistics team was highly supportive, and the production team was equally commendable for their willingness to share knowledge and guide me throughout my experience.

There are no medical benefits provided to protégés, and the opportunities for career advancement are limited. Safety shoes are also not provided to protégés in the technical department, despite being compulsory for daily use. However, 3 pieces of the company T-shirts are provided (required to wear daily except on Friday).
