Integrity – if this underpins the way in which you work then I would recommend considering another place of employment. While Airservices does a great job of keeping our skies safe, they have a lot of work and a lot to answer for when it comes to keeping their employees psychologically safe. Following the Broderick review pledges where made by the Leadership team and support mechanisms where supposedly put in place to encourage employees to call out unacceptable behaviour. However, it is clear that unacceptable behaviour is rewarded financially and those that are brave enough to speak up are slowly broken down with intimidation and driven out of the organisation by those same Leaders that made those empty and insincere pledges. I call on the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and Regional Development to question the Board and the complete failure in their commitments to monitor the culture, reputation, ethical standards of the Leadership team that represents Airservices. There are particular Leaders that are not acting lawfully, ethically and responsibly to the detriment of employees who genuinely wanted to go to work and do a good job each day but instead where bullied and harassed out of the business, some to the point of psychological illness.
