Pros

- Gives Juniors opportunity to enter the industry - Also scope to grow within the company - Competitive junior salary - Good tech and health support schemes

Cons

(based on my experience a while ago. May be outdated) - Poor organisation - Lack of management - Not enough support for production - Leaves a lot of promices unfulfilled - Artists tended to get the blame, or be the victim of fixing issues caused by poor management, lead to crunch in multiple instances.
