      Good product, good market, some great people

      Cons

      ELT is totally detached, makes poor decisions and doesn't listen to management. Goals and plans have no connection to reality. Doesn't support employees, churns through disposable talent, and has some very questionable practices around HR.

      Pros

      Airship has a good foundation, solid product, and some very smart people in various areas of the company. They have done a good job navigating some tough times during my time there and are still standing.

      Cons

      The company doesn't communicate that well from ELT down to the ground level. They lack any type of direction when it comes to their commitment to Inclusivity, and they don't have any people of color in ELT or even VP levels to speak of. There is also a huge overreliance on a handful of Engineers who people seem to think will just be there forever since they already have been there forever.
